2. No Guarantee of Results
We aim to provide skilled, professional services, but we do not guarantee that every issue can be diagnosed, repaired, recovered, or resolved, particularly where problems involve third-party systems, aging hardware, unsupported software, cybersecurity incidents, internet service providers, cloud vendors, or manufacturer restrictions.
Any timelines, estimates, or recommendations are made in good faith but are not guarantees unless expressly stated in writing.
3. Quotes, Approval, and Payment
Quotes, starting prices, service plans, and estimates are subject to change based on the scope of work, complexity of the issue, needed parts, third-party fees, travel, emergency requests, or conditions discovered during diagnosis.
By requesting paid services, you agree to pay the applicable charges disclosed to you before work proceeds, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Payment is due as stated on the invoice, estimate, checkout page, or service agreement. We may suspend or decline further services for unpaid balances.
4. Service Area and Trip Fees
Standard pricing applies within our core service area of Winchester, Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, and nearby communities within approximately 15 miles of our Winchester base.
Appointments beyond our standard service area, after-hours requests, rush visits, and certain small business on-site calls may include an additional trip or premium service fee. Any such fees will always be disclosed and confirmed before work begins.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate contact, billing, and service information.
- Back up important data before service whenever possible.
- Ensure you have legal authority to request work on the device, account, network, website, or business system involved.
- Provide timely access, credentials, approvals, and information needed to perform the requested services.
- Maintain lawful use of your systems, networks, and websites.
6. Data Loss and Third-Party Systems
While we use reasonable care, you understand that troubleshooting, repair, updates, migration, or software configuration can involve risk, including data loss, incompatibility, downtime, account access issues, or interrupted service. You remain responsible for maintaining backups unless a separate written backup service is expressly included.
We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party providers, including internet providers, domain registrars, hosting companies, cloud services, software vendors, device manufacturers, or payment processors.
7. Remote Support and Access
If you authorize remote support, you consent to our accessing your system remotely for support purposes. You are responsible for closing sensitive information you do not wish to display during a session and for ensuring an authorized person is present where appropriate.
Remote access may require third-party tools or platforms. Use of those tools may also be subject to the provider’s terms and privacy policies.
8. Care Plans and Recurring Services
Monthly care plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan and billing cycle. Plans are month-to-month and may be canceled at any time with notice prior to the next billing date.
Included support time, sessions, and visits reset monthly and do not roll over. Additional support beyond what is included in a plan is billed at the applicable member rate and will always be quoted before work begins.
Parts, software licenses, third-party subscriptions, and replacement hardware are not included in any care plan unless expressly stated in writing.
9. Website and Hosting Services
If we provide website, hosting, maintenance, or cloud-related services:
- You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of content you provide.
- You represent that you have the right to use all text, images, logos, data, and materials supplied to us.
- We may suspend or refuse to host content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, abusive, deceptive, or harmful to systems or users.
- Third-party hosting, domain, email, analytics, messaging, or cloud services may be governed by separate provider agreements.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, recurring hosting, maintenance, and care plan services renew according to the agreed billing cycle until canceled.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, branding, layout, logos, graphics, and original materials created by GriTech Digital, is owned by or licensed to GriTech Digital and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission, except as allowed by law.
Client-owned content remains the property of the client, subject to any license needed for us to perform services.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not use our website or services:
- For unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- To attempt unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data.
- To transmit malware, spam, or malicious code.
